Coccomo Brothers, LLC is a building and development company. The owners, Thomas, Michael and Paul concentrate on single family sub-divisions and new home construction. We have a hands-on approach in all aspects of our business, and in addition to custom home construction, we also build on speculation. We build our own roads, installing all the available utilities to convert the raw land into a complete finished subdivision. Having our own equipment gives us the ability to complete work independently and in a timely fashion without relying on others. While building custom homes, we value the input and ideas from our clients which ultimately creates better projects and homes.
Coccomo brothers offers multiple services outside of their current developments. Although they prefer to work on their own projects, they will gladly bid site work for other developers or individual home owners. They will also be glad to bid all other work; deck installation, roof repair/replacement, siding, and remodeling are other areas of work.
